What if something gets damaged?

Contact our support team as soon as you can with photos of the damage and of the items before pickup. We will work with you and the driver to resolve it fairly, and the SoundMove Guarantee can contribute up to $500 towards an insurance excess on an accepted insurance claim, subject to terms.

How much detail should I put in a fragile job posting?

Describe each piece, its rough size and weight, whether it comes apart, and what makes it delicate, such as glass, marble or a loose joint. Add photos from a few angles. A driver bidding on a clear description can plan the padding and the lift instead of guessing at it.

Can I ask for my item to travel on its own?

You can ask, and some drivers will do it. Say so in your listing so drivers can price for it, because every driver runs their own trips and decides for themselves what they are willing to take on and what they will charge for it.
