When you use our Platform, we automatically collect:

• Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)

• GPS location data (with your permission, for Drivers during deliveries)

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services

• Verify Driver identity and credentials
• Enable communication between Customers and Drivers
• Provide real-time delivery tracking
• Respond to customer support requests
• Send promotional communications (with your consent)

• Analyse usage patterns to improve user experience

4. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Other Users: Customers and Drivers can see relevant information about each other to facilitate transactions (name, profile photo, ratings, and contact details after a Bid is accepted).
• Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate our Platform, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics services, and customer support tools.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure server infrastructure with regular security audits

We also use Microsoft Clarity on our public pages and job posting form to understand how visitors use them, which may include recording how a page is scrolled and clicked. These recordings are limited to pages you see before creating an account, and are not used on pages that show booking details, messages, payments or account settings. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
