Driver Guide

Everything you need to know about becoming a driver, onboarding, finding jobs, and getting paid.

Onboarding

Before you can start bidding on jobs, you'll need to complete our onboarding process. Every driver's identity is verified as part of sign-up, so customers can bid with confidence.

1

Business Information

Required

Set up your driver profile with your business details.

Business name (required): This can be your name if you do not have a business name
Phone number (required): This will not be displayed or disclosed to anyone
Business/personal description (optional): a little something about your experience, if you carry insurance for items you carry, and any other detail to help boost your profile
Address, city, region, postcode (optional)
Profile photo (optional, max 5MB): this can be a photo of your vehicle, or your business logo. Please mask any private details such as phone numbers, registrations, etc.
2

Service Area

Required

Define where you operate by drawing a service area on the map. Jobs within your area will appear in your feed.

  • • Name your service area (e.g. "Greater Auckland")
  • • Draw a polygon on the map (minimum 3 points)
  • • Set a centre point and radius (1-100 km)
  • • You can create multiple service areas
3

Google Reviews

Optional

Link your Google Business profile to import your existing reviews. This helps build trust with customers right away.

Reviews with 4+ stars are displayed on your profile.

Finding & Bidding on Jobs

Once onboarding is complete, you can browse available jobs from the "Find Jobs" page. Jobs are filtered to show only those within your service area.

Search and filter

Search by title or description to find relevant jobs. Results show 50 jobs per page.

View job details

See item descriptions, photos, dimensions, weight, pickup/delivery addresses, and the route map before deciding to bid.

Place your bid

Set your price and add a message explaining your approach. You can update your bid any time before it's accepted.
